at 130 my mother called and they said you still have 2 people in front of you well that's funny cause when we dropped it off there was only one. at 3pm my mother stopped there and car still hadn't moved when asked said you see all the work i have in the shop we don't need your business and if this guy approves the repairs we won't get to it today.
My garage uses them for alignments. They didn't actually do the alignment on my truck and now I need new tires again. This is the 2nd time I've hear of this company doing this to people. Don't go there for quality work.

Great people! Very nice and friendly! On vacation for a wedding and the day before I leave I hit a pot hole and bent my rim luckily the tire was good. They fixed my rim put air in the tire balanced and put it back on. Best part is they wouldn't even let me pay them and it was done in ten minutes! Great place!
I stopped here because I got a flat tire caused by a nail through the tread. They patched the tire, a half hour before closing, and they did it for free!! I was allowed to tip the mechanic, then I was on my way!
This Kost location is awesome! The man out front was very pleasurable to speak to.
If you think the business opens at 7:30am as it states on the website and Google, you may be mistaken like myself. The business opens at 730 for (I believe his name is Mark) the man behind the counter to "make coffee and turn on the computer, the shop opens at 8". I was the first to walk in when he opened the door and just tried to ask a simple question... are you still going to be taking care of cars from yesterday? I understand he just walked in the door and I was not trying to rush him I just thought it was a simple question. If it was going to be a long wait, I would have gone elsewhere. While I was the first to walk in two other men came in behind me and a woman. She waited patiently and then decided to ask a question, which he then informed her that it needs to be a quick question as he motioned his hands for her to hurry with her question. Just absolutely rude and unprofessional on his part. Then the woman came back to try to ask another question and after she walked out he said to the guys waiting "rush a bank teller you get shot, rush a tire guy nothing happens"... This man was unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. So if this is the kind of service you want , this is the place to go.
