Well it would be nice if they were open when the hours they advertise. I drove a half an hour to get there only to find out they are closing at 2:30 because the worker has a Dr appt. Well so now I can't register my vehicle today because they aren't open the hours of business they advertise. Sorry but thats bad business practice. And I cannot do my registration online because my printer is broken, and the Honesdale DMV is closed. Must be nice to just close whenever you want.
Generally quite fast with convenient hours. Do yourself a favor though, don't show up within a half hour of closing time. You'll be waiting a long time.
