I took my husband away on a long weekend trip for his birthday and reserved a king suite for our stay. The place is very very nice, super super clean and the staff over the top friendly. Loved the hot breakfast (our waitress was a doll) and the bar serves great drinks, and the bartender we had was fun and friendly. We were given a room our first night only to realize that the soda machine and ice machine was on the other side of the wall vibrating and making noise. I mentioned it the next night on our way up to the room, and they instantly put us in another room! The cleanliness was very appreciated, and it extends from the rooms throughout the hotel. The only thing that I thought was a little strange was when we went to change our room we found our room had never been made up, and we had to ask the housekeeping lady the next day to make up our room we were then in. She had seen us in the hallway and asked if we needed anything, and we said yes to have the room done. SO keep that in mind if you want your bed made and clean towels.. but she was accommodating and did a fantastic job! If you are going to Carbondale, I would say stay nowhere else but here!
A very clean, pleasant and surprisingly well-appointed hotel. Rooms are comfortable, the WiFi is speedy, and the in-hotel restaurant is much better than average. Easily the best hotel option in the area in this price range.
Modern hotel in quaint town close to endless mountains. Staff is super friendly!
Very nice. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Compared to Maryland hotels it was a very nice place for the price.
Wasn't crazy about the food. Otherwise everything was great! I'd definitely go there again...
